Wholesaling
Similar to flipping, except the time-frame is much shorter and no repairs are made to the properties before the wholesaler sells the home. We lock properties under Contract with the home owner, then market them to our Cash Buyers - Assigning the Contract (depending on State Laws), or do a Back-to-Back closing with our buyer

Owner Finance
This will allow a buyer to purchase a home when they cannot obtain funding through a Conventional Mortgage Lender. It used to be easy to obtain a mortgage, even without providing proof of income – times have changed. Lease Options
This is another option for a buyer to own their own home when they cannot obtain funding through a Conventional Mortgage Lender.
